🚚 Shipping Costs
✔ FREE Ground Shipping – Orders over $750 ship free within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
✔ Alaska & Hawaii – Shipping available for an additional fee.
✔ Expedited Shipping – Available for parts only (scooters cannot be expedited at this time).
⚠ Important Note:
Orders must be finalized by 12:00 PM MST for same-day processing. Changes after this time may delay shipping.
Some locations may have restrictions (see Non-Deliverable Packages for details).
📦 Address Accuracy Matters
Double-check your shipping address! Errors can cause delays or extra fees.
Need to fix an address? If the package is already in transit, you’ll be responsible for any rerouting fees.
🛡 Shipping Insurance (For Added Protection)
If you choose shipping insurance:
✔ Covers lost, damaged, or stolen packages (we’ll replace the item, but no refunds).
❌ Void if address is changed after purchase – A new policy must be bought.
❌ Multiple “missing” claims? We may void future insurance coverage.
How It Works:
Coverage starts when your package leaves our warehouse.
Signature required for all scooter deliveries to ensure secure drop-off.
Once signed for, the carrier assumes responsibility.
📅 Delivery Timeframes
Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST (Mon-Fri) usually ship the same day.
Weekend/holiday orders ship the next business day.
You’ll get a tracking number via email once your order is on the way.

Cost:
Because we want to make the Dan Wheels difference as accessible as possible, we’ve got shipping costs covered. Shipping to the west coast is free. This includes California, Nevada, Washington, and Oregon. If you wish to ship an Electric Scooter to our retail store, we offer free assembly and delivery within 50 miles. Shipping and handling fees may apply when shipping outside of the
west coast.
Due to the recent 25% tariff, our free shipping policy currently covers up to $200 in shipping fees.
Area:
In order to make ordering from us simple, we use the most efficient delivering methods. All orders are realized via ground USPS or UPS. We ship to the lower 48 states. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and any island, territory, or jurisdiction outside of the United States.
Time:
It will take approximately 1-2 business days for your order to process. Once this is done, your purchase will take about 1-5 days to arrive. Your product will be processed and shipped within 7 business days.
Method:
To ensure your product is delivered successfully, a signature will be required upon arrival of your new product. The shipping company will coordinate the delivery time with you and someone must be present at the time of delivery. Apartment and office building deliveries will be made on the ground level.
If you wish to ship to our retail store, please ensure that you select “pick up from store” when ordering.
Risk of Loss:
Please note that while we do everything, we can to ensure a successful delivery, Dan Wheels will not be responsible for the delay of delivery nor the loss or damage of a product due to events beyond its’ control. Contact Us now and place your order.
